Overview

The Circulation Reports allows administrators the ability to quickly launch simple borrowing reports for the active patron. These reports include:

    - Books currently on loan 

     - Books overdue 

     - Circulation slip, including: 

          > A list of all items borrowed in this session 

         > A list of items overdue by this patron 

     - Item history

Using Circulation Reports

1. Load a patron into the Circulation Module.

2. Select the report you wish to view from the drop-down in the Patron Information column.

3. Click the  button to load the report.

N.B. If you wish to print the report please use the  or  buttons only.

Using the Batch Mode in Circulation

1. To enable the Batch Mode feature, toggle the switch to 'On'

2.The batch mode queue will load in the bottom right corner of the screen.

3. Begin Circulating your items into the Input Field.

4. Circulation will no longer prompt errors on the screen and will queue all scanned barcodes into the Batch Mode Queue.  

5. Before releasing your client, verify there are no red barcodes in the Batch Mode Queue. If there are, simply click on the barcode to view the error and override if necessary.  

N.B. Batch Mode is available in both Loan and Return modes
