Globally updating patrons to the to another classification
N.B. The following process will mark all existing users to a status of Left in preparation for the Start Of Year import which will reclassify and enable existing users. If you are not going to perform the import, please do not continue with these instructions.
1. Login and click on the 
icon,
2. Click on Administator Functions then Global Functions.
3. Select the End of year functions tab 
4. Click Class Grade Change from the left menu
5. In the Class Grade From drop down, select the first classification you will move to the LEFT 2016 classification
6. In the Class Grade To drop down, select LEFT 2016 (or the classification you created in the Setting up your LEFT classification instructions above)
7. You can also select who you wish to change using the tick box to the left of the PatronID filed.
8. Click Update
9. Once you have received confirmation that the migration has completed, repeat steps 4 -> 7 until all your classifications have been migrated to LEFT 2016
