Creating New Title Record 

Allows the user to create a new Title Record in Catalogue


This function allows the user to create new Title Records in Catalogue.

Few Details that the Title Record can have and display are: 

- Title 


- Media 

- Author 

- Subject 

- Notes

How to Create a new Title Record

N.B. Before continuing, please ensure you are using an account which has access to the Catalogue module.

1. Login and click the  icon.

2. Select Catalogue from the System Menu

3. Once the Catalogue module loads, click the   icon.  

4. Ensure any Changes you have made on the existing record are saved before continuing

5. All fields are now blank and ready for you to input information for a New Title record

6. Remember to click the  icon once you have finished entering your new information.
