Widget: Reports

This is where you go to view all the reports that are available for your system.

Overview


Reports will allow you to access an array of analytics, statistics and information for your Smart System. 

Example:

- Catalogue and record information

- Patron information


How to Access the Reports Module


N.B. Before continuing, ensure you are using an account which has access to the Reports module. 

1) Log in and click the  icon.

2) Select Report from the System Menu.

3) Once the Reports module loads, locate the report that you are after and click on the Report ID to open the report.


Narrowing Your Search


1) To narrow your search for a report you are after, from the drop down next to select the report type you are looking for.

Example:

If you want to reports in regards to 'Catalogue' select Catalogue from the drop down. 

2) After you have selected the Report Group you will need to click on  so all the reports that is shown now will be under the Report Group you selected.

3) Locate the report that you are after from here and click on Report ID to open the report.

But, the entry already exists as an Authority File so no need to be concerned with Spelling / Grammar / Punctuation etc

But, the entry does not match any existing Authority File entries. - Please verify Spelling / Grammar / Punctuation etc as the system will save the entry "As Is"

Exporting Selected Report


1) Once you have selected a report and want to export it you will need to click on the Export button.



2) You will be prompted with a window and here you will need to select the format you want to export the report into from the drop down list.




3) After you have selected the file format you want, click Export to export the report.
