Overview

The Override functions allows loans to be issued and due back on a specific date.

Entering a date into the Override field, will override ALL loan limits and book limits, issuing the resource to be due on the specified date. 

Warning: This date does not clear when loading a new patron, please ensure to remove the date before issuing resources with standard loan limits.

Using the Override Function

1. Click the Override Due Date field and select the date you wish the item to be due on.

2. Begin Scanning the Resource(s)

Renewing individual item

How to Renew a certain Item loaned out to a patron

1. To Renew a certain Item, click on the tick box next to the item you want to item you want to renew in the patron

2. Click on   from the top. This will renew the item according to its Renewal Type.
