Adding Blank Column for TV4Education Permissions.
1) Once you have passed the initial steps of patron import and you are on the "Template Mapping" page click 
2) A blank column will now be added to the last column of the CSV display
3) Select the following columns from the newly created column.
-Can Stream
- Can Download
- Can Request
4) Right Click on the drop-down menu and select "YES" from the drop-down that you would like to assign to the import file.
5) Continue on from "Template Mapping"
