Adding Blank Column for User Roles
1) Once you have passed the initial steps of patron import and you are on the "Template Mapping" page click 
2) A blank column will now be added to the last column of the CSV display
3) Select "User Role" from the newly created column.
4) Right Click on the drop-down menu and select the permission from the drop-down that you would like to assign to the import file.
5) Continue on from "Template Mapping"
