This SmartArticle will direct you though installing TeamViewer onto the workstation/server requiring support assistance from a Functional Solutions Technician.
Navigate to: https://smartdesk.librarysolutions.com.au/downloads/remotesupport.exe and allow the web browser to download the file.

Starting up TeamViewer
1. Locate the RemoteSupport.exe from the recently downloaded files
2. Click on the RemoteSupport.exe file and the remote session will start
3. Send the ID and Password to the Functional Solution Support technician via E-Mail or SmartDesk portal.
4. The assigned Functional Soultions technician will contact you prior to the Remote Session
