Overview
Shelf Labels are A4 printouts which contain information of a stocktake session which can be taped onto the relevant shelves or locations. Information on the printout includes:
- Stocktake Name
- Users assigned to scan this session
- QRCode (to quick launch the session)
- a 'Complete' tick box (to avoid double scanning items)
Printing Shelf Labels
1. Ensure the correct stocktake is active by clicking the icon and selecting the required stocktake from the list.
2. click the icon
3. SmartSuite will open a new tab and will automatically Downlaod the stocktake session's Shelf Label to your browsers default download location.
4. Print the Shelf Label and tape/stick it to the relevant shelf or location in your collection
5. Once the session has been completed by the relevant scanners, you may request that they Tick the relevant box to highlight that the session has been completed. (This will enabled administrators to track which sessions still remain AND will avoid other scanners from duplicating the work)
